The Mission of the Immigration Law Committee is to inform members about current developments in immigration and nationality law; identify issues and disseminate information on policies affecting migration law; collaborate with academic, private and governmental organizations involved with transnational migration issues; create or collaborate in presentation of continuing legal education programs; and encourage the provision of pro bono legal services in the area of immigration and nationality law. |
