The mission of the Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Committee is to encourage, support, and promote interest in all aspects of international trade through the USMBA, particularly in the area of antidumping, countervailing duties, safeguards and other trade remedy investigations in Mexico and the United States. The Committee provides a forum to disseminate international trade research and to share information about topics related to and current issues involving international trade law, particularly U.S.-Mexico issues. In addition, the Committee provides a venue for USMBA members and other academicians, as well as legal and business professionals to share institutional insights and expertise that are pertinent to U.S. - Mexico trade.
