Kathleen Campbell Walker’s practice involves immigration, cross-border transactions and customs. Primarily focused on business and family-based immigration, consular processing, employer sanctions, citizenship and naturalization, security checks, and admission issues, she frequently provides testimony before Congress as well as the Texas House and Senate on immigration issues. She was the national president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA") in 2007-08, prior general counsel to AILA, and is board certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mark Walker has 25 years of litigation experience handling trials, appeals, administrative matters, and assisting clients resolve complex legal issues. Mark’s practice includes a broad array of business, commercial, product liability, tort and negligence cases, and insurance defense litigation. He has taken regional leadership roles in retail and manufacturing representation, including general litigation, licensing, tax, and employment matters. Mark continues to be recognized by his peers as a "Texas Super Lawyer" and by The Best Lawyers in America. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law for 20 years, is on the examination commission of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a frequent speaker at state and national seminars. Edward Rios focuses on immigration and international trade law, including immigration strategies for multinational companies, healthcare, research, and academic institutions, as well as sports and entertainment agencies seeking to transfer key personnel to the U.S. He received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. degree from Harvard University. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the Texas Chapter of AILA, a member of the Standing Committee on Issues related to Immigration and Nationality Law of the State Bar of Texas, and listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of immigration law.

David Mirazo, a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and the University of Texas at El Paso, joins the firm’s business litigation section. David practices in Texas and New Mexico in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, fraud litigation, deceptive trade practices and debt collection act litigation.

Lisa Rios is focused on immigration and international trade law. Her experience includes family-based and employment-based immigration, consular processing, naturalization, worksite compliance and nonimmigrant employment-based visas for clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, and entertainment industries. She also has several years of experience with complex corporate transactional matters for the domestic and international Fortune 500 clients of one of New York’s most prominent law firms. She received her J.D. from Columbia University and her B.A. degree from Boston University. She currently serves on the AILA national liaison committee for the Texas Service Center of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
